Some PS tools you may not use frequently, and this secondary "color replacement tool" is one of them. You can compare it to the healing brush tool, which has the same point and is different. This is a regular brush tool that controls the color of the layer without affecting the next layer. With this, you can change the color of the picture more precisely.
If you don't know where the "color replacement Tool" is hidden, see the map below:
Figure 01
If you select a tool in the toolbox, you can see different options in the options bar, as in different modes of the color substitution tool: hue, saturation, color, and lightness. The hue pattern is more precise and subtle, and the color pattern is less detailed.
The sampling determines the source of the replacement color. "Continuous" is a continuous sampling of colors while dragging; The background swatch replaces only the area containing the current background color; Once only replaces the destination color of the area of the first clicked color.
Again to the right look is "limit", the limit also has three options, "continuous" means to replace the color adjacent to the brush; Discontinuous "replaces the color that appears anywhere under the pointer;" Find Edge "replaces the contiguous area of the sample color, while preserving the sharpness of the edges better.
Then there is a tolerance, the higher the percentage of tolerance, the wider the range of color substitution, like the brush tool, the larger the brush the thicker. Select Anti-aliasing, so that you can get a softer edge, the disadvantage is that the picture may not be so accurate. You can use the "Find edge" limit to eliminate aliasing.
Finally, the foreground is the color you want to replace.
Replace the tool p before and after p with color:

My method:
Set the sampling for the edge area of the shirt once, and the safe area sampling is set to continuous.
Use hue mode for more precise substitutions.
Swap color mode for pink shirts with a little more bright.
Use the background swatch to remove the gray section.
