1th Step:

Open Photoshop,ctrl+n Create a new blank document. The size I choose here is 600x380px, you can define the size according to your own needs.

2nd Step:

Let's start by creating a purple background. Alt-click the background layer to convert it to a normal layer. Double-click the background layer, open the Layer Style window, and select a gradient overlay. The gradient style is shown in the following illustration.

3rd Step:

Add the hue/saturation adjustment layer, and the parameters are set as shown below. Select the mask thumbnail. Then select the Gradient tool, the gradient style selects the radial gradient, the color is black to transparent, and the gradient is pulled from the inside out on the mask.

4th Step:

Create a new layer, select the gradient tool, the color is #e3b042 to transparent, the gradient style is a radial gradient, pull the gradient up from the bottom.

Set the opacity of this gradient layer to 70% and the padding to 55% (the parameters here can be set according to your preferences).

5th step:

Create a new layer, using the same method to add a gradient from #fdd135 to transparency above the background, and set the opacity to 70%.

We continue to add light to the background. Create a new layer, add by #fefbcd到透明的渐变, this time you can pull the gradient a bit longer to cover most areas.

Continue adding the light source. Create a new layer, add from #fdfbf2 to transparent gradient, this time the gradient size smaller, has created a scene near the light source.

6th step:

Download and install Copaseti fonts and enter the text you like. The text color I use is #d4ad74, the size is 200 points.

Double-click the type layer to add a layer style to the text. First, you add the bevel and Emboss styles, and the parameters are set as follows, where you pay attention to the setting of the gloss contour.

Download and install the heart pattern, where you will use a heart-shaped fill. The parameters are set as follows.

Finish adding the text effect of the layer style:

7th step:

Ctrl+j the text layer to a layer and right selects the grid layer style.

Perform filter > Sharpen > Sharpen. The layer opacity is then set to 60%.

8th step:

Select the Dodge tool, range Select Midtones, the exposure is set to 10-30%, on the copied text layer to draw the light source illumination area. Here you will switch the shadow/midtones/light, exposure and Dodge tool brush sizes as needed. Use the burn tool to draw the dark part in the same way.

9th step:

Install Ctrl-click the font layer thumbnail to create a selection.

Perform a selection > Modify > Extension to extend the selection to 5px.

Create a new layer below the text layer, named "Phnom Penh," and fill it with #d4ad74. Then double-click the layer to add a layer style to it.

The font effect after adding a layer style is shown below. Ctrl-click the Phnom Penh layer to create a selection, and then add a brightness/contrast adjustment layer above the font layer and set the parameters as follows. Because of the role of the selection, the adjustment layer only works on the text area.

10th Step:

Select the adjustment layer, text layer and the "Phnom Penh" layer (you can press Ctrl Garchon), ctrl+alt+e New merged layer, named "Reflection." Ctrl+t the free transform, flips it vertically, and moves underneath the text.

Add a mask to the reflection layer and use the gradient tool to create the reflection. The opacity is then set to 80% (the value is freely adjustable).

11th Step:

Download and install the Ray brush, create a new layer, and use the light brush on the layer to draw the light of different shapes and sizes.

12th Step:

Next, create a new layer, use a white circle brush to draw on the layer, and occasionally change the brush size to produce a random spot effect. Sets the layer opacity to 25%, and the layer blending mode is set to color Dodge.

13th Step:
