PS Mouse painted blue Candle in transparent cup

This tutorial introduces the method of mouse painting of cups and candles. In particular, the production of cups more time-consuming, need to make transparent and reflective effect, according to the background color and the overall picture color to make. The rest of the place is more simple!

1 new 400*500 document, white background.

2) First to do the desktop. Creates a new layer 1, sets the foreground color to 202/211/230, the background color is white, and executes the cloud filter. Copy this layer. Back to Layer 1, perform the embossed effect in styling: Angle-45, Height 2, number 500%. And then a little Gauss blur, a radius of about 2. Set the pattern of layer 1 replicas to overlay. This cloth on the top of the table has some wrinkles. Select Layer 1 copy, add mask, reset color board, with linear gradient, set opacity to 25%, from right top to left down. Merge the two layers and name the desktop.

3 Create a new layer, draw a rectangular selection above, set the foreground color is dark green (0/88/38), background color is black, perform clouds. Then use the spray gun to choose dark purple casually spray.

4 The table is a bouquet of flowers, now to draw flowers. Create a new layer, with a brush size of about 17, set the size of the fade step to 15, drag out the shape of the flower, where the color is 188/191/172. Just drag on the line, wait for a while to blur. Then change the color to draw a flower.

5) will be a few flowers copied out, free to transform and rotate, and then put them together, combined.

6 Build a layer below the flower and draw a branch with a brush. After painting and Flowers merged, Gaussian blur about 4. And then merge down to the desktop.

7 new layer, draw ellipse, fill blue black (71/88/111), the selection is stored as ALPHA1, later to use. Shrink the selection by about 6 pixels, and then remove it by moving a few pixels up.

8 This layer is called "Cup mouth". Rub the top and bottom edges with a low transparency eraser to make it translucent and then erase with a blur tool.

9 in the "Cup mouth" layer below the layer, with an elliptical tool to draw the cup along the high light and darkened, and then "Cup Mouth" layer merged.

10 in the "Cup mouth" layer below a new layer, named "Cup body." Draw a rectangle and press Ctrl+shift to click on the ALPHA1 in the channel panel to get the selection and fill the blue-black (71/88/111). Use perspective to lower the cup, and then draw the oval selection on both sides of the cup to remove the glass on both sides of the arc, the same elliptical selection of the treatment of the bottom of the cup.

11) The "cup body" to reduce the opacity to 12%. Create a new layer and use an airbrush to paint some of the shadow of the body and the place where the candle is contaminated. Use eraser to modify and adjust the opacity to fit, and then merge down to the cup body.

12 Create a new layer, load the opaque area of the cup body, fill light gray, do not deselect, move the selection up a few pixels, delete. Add layer style, select inner glow: size is about 1 pixels, color is black, slightly reduce opacity. Then select projection: Opacity 50%, distance 2, size 2, the rest by default. Back to the layer, in this layer of the "effect" midpoint right, select "Create Layer", the effect of separation, with the eraser to modify the light-emitting layer, after completion of these layers are all merged into the "Cup body" layer.

13 A new layer, at the bottom of the cup on the place with a pen hook out of the selection, with the spray gun, black and dark green selected in the selection of spraying. Then create a new layer, white spray out the high light, completed after the two-layer merge to the cup body.

14 Create a new layer, named "Candle Bottom", draw the wax down to the bottom of the cup. Use the pen to hook out the selection, fill Blue (40/47/125), use the eraser to wipe out the left irregular area, and then use the Dodge tool to make some local dodge. The last Gaussian Blur is about 2.

15 the "Candle bottom" layer under a new layer, named "Candles." Hook out the shape of the candle with a pen and fill it with blue (60/62/113). Light and dim the upper and lower sides of the candle to deepen the bottom and some parts of the middle. Because the upper part of the candle by candlelight irradiation will be some red, a new layer, select a faint purple red (171/147/183), with the spray gun, reduce pressure lightly sprayed on a layer. Merge to the candle layer.

16 Create a new layer on the "candle" layer and draw an oval on the upper part of the candle to fill the dark blue. Double-click the layer to the layer style to drop the fill opacity in the advanced blend to 25%. Select Bevel and Emboss: In the direction, size 7, soften 11, highlight opacity to 0, darkened color to dark blue, the rest by default. Go back to the layer, blur with the Blur tool, and merge down into the candle layer.

17 Create a new layer of painting fire. Choose dark blue, spray the wax under the candle with a spray gun, make some local Dodge, then choose Black to draw the candle heart. Create a new layer, with the pen hook out the fire shape, fill the white. Add layer style, select inner glow, color is light yellow. Then use the spray gun and spray some magenta on the bottom of the fire. Merge these layers into the candle layer.

18 The fire was found to have been partially covered by the "Cup" layer. You can wipe off the part of the fire in the Cup with a rubber sassafras, if you do not want to break the cup, use the rectangle to select the upper part of the fire, paste it out, put it on the top of the cup mouth layer. Now basically finished, spray a little magenta on the Cup as a reflection of the fire.

19 The desktop seems to be on the bright spot. Adjust the contrast of brightness. If you do not want to darken the flowers together, you can use the Magic wand to select the tablecloth, feather 1-2 after adjustment. Finally, build a layer on the desktop, draw a slight shadow and reflection of the cup, complete.
