First, using Photoshop to open a picture of a normal child, after looking at the photos, found that the background of the photo and the photo itself a little dissonance, so we want to take this picture of the background in order to highlight the picture of the child.

Select the Pen tool on the toolbar and check the path of the child in the picture, as shown in the following figure.
