Procedure
1. Create a document. As shown in the following figure.
2. Find the center. Press Ctrl + R to bring up the ruler and find the right center in the blank area.
3. Draw a circle.Select the elliptical tool and press Alt + Shift to draw the positive circle.
4. The angle gradient makes the initial effect of the disc. Select the gradient tool, select the angle gradient, select the appropriate gradient, and pull a line from the center to the circle side to make the gradient. As shown in the following figure.
5. Remove concentric circles. Select the elliptical tool and subtract the selected area to make the selected area.
6. Make a concentric gray band.Set the foreground color to gray, press Shift + F5 to bring up the fill dialog box, select the foreground color fill, translucent 30%.
7. Perform final processing.Fill the concentric circles in the innermost part with no pixels in white to cancel the ruler.
