PS Light Effect Tutorial: Create the background of lighting

To open the material:

Draw two strokes at random on the screen with the red soft side brush

Then use the purple soft side brush to draw two strokes on the screen at random

Performing Filters-Blur-motion blur

The parameters are as follows:

Effect as shown:

Copy one layer (change the layer blending mode) linear Dodge

Copy one more layer and change the mode to strong light

Effect as shown:

Add a Lens flare: (can add and not add)

Effect as shown:

Set foreground to white, open brush palette

The parameters are set as follows;

Draw at random on the canvas, and note that the direction is oblique.

More than a few times in order to dream effect:
