PS make beautiful Christmas snow text

Final effect

First step

Create a new file (Ctrl + N) 800x300 pixels to fill the background color #9bcee8. Select text (T) to enter text snow (font Arial Black) 150px sharp text color #ff3333. The text layer is centered.

Second Step

Load text selection, select-Modify-Extend 7 pixels, create new channel layer, fill white, ctrl+d cancel selection. Load the text selection again, select-Modify-Extend 8 pixel, move select right 5px down 20px, fill channel color black.

Third Step

In channel layers, filters-Filter Gallery-brush strokes-spray strokes. Filters-Filter Gallery-Sketch-stamp.

Fourth Step

Rotate the canvas clockwise 90, filter-style-wind (left), ctrl+f continue once, counterclockwise 90 rotation screen.

Fifth Step

Filters-Blur-Special blur, Filters-Filter Gallery-twist-rip edges.
