PS Making splash of rose flower effect

In this tutorial we will learn how to use Photoshop for the magic of decay, add beautiful splash effects to roses, and hope you can enjoy them.

First step

Create a file with a transparent background that should be larger than the size of the Rose picture. Now import the Rose picture and put it on top of the layer. Fill the first layer with black, and you can see a black border above the picture. (Figure 01, 02)

Second Step

Copy the Rose layer and add a Gaussian blur effect with a radius of 30 pixels. Copy the Blur layer and merge the two blur layers, now move the merged layer up, exposing the bottom of the original Rose layer. (Figure 03)

Third Step

Copy the original Rose layer, put it on top of the other layer, add a layer mask, and apply a soft black brush on the top edge of the screen (grouping the blur layer and the copied rose layer). (Figure 04)
