This photoshop photo-processing tutorial will teach you how to create an illustration of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps. This effect is like the Avatar effect on our notes, although it is not yet perfect, but it can be a quick Photoshop photo processing tutorial. Let's look at the effect chart:

First step
Use Photoshop to open a photo of your favorite, where I'm using a photo of John Arlington.

Use image > Adjust > Go color in photoshop (Figure 02).

Third Step
Using image > Adjust > Levels, adjust the black input to 50 to 150, while modifying the gray input to 1.

Fourth Step
Enter the Photoshop menu "filter > Blur > Surface Blur" To set the radius to 30 pixels and the pavilion value to 20 levels. Save this layer as a displace.psd file. In the following tutorial, we will use two files, one for permutations and one for other designs (Figure 04).
