1, open a photo, enlarge the picture to the best size, convenient for us to work.

3. Click "Edit in Quick Mask mode" in the toolbar.

This reminds us that this is another manifestation of a constituency. All we want is to be completely transparent, without any change. Whatever we don't want, we'll cover it with a red mask. So, as long as we change the red area size shape or the edge, we change the size or edge of the selection. So: The mask is a constituency, but the form is different. This is the first one we have to understand.

4, the constituency is difficult to change its edge, to carefully use lasso tools to zigzag, and the mask is more convenient. We can draw with a paintbrush. Point Brush Tool, set the foreground color to white (why white should be selected below, this is important), the opacity of the selected 100%, and then to the above property bar "brush" after the Drop-down triangle menu, find "63" This is a large oil-paint crayon brush.

(63 refers to its thickness, can be arbitrarily changed, you can choose other brushes. Now use this brush to draw on the screen, to enlarge the ellipse part of the moment. We saw that the brush was like an eraser, wiping the mask off.

This is precisely because we chose white just now. This creates the constituency we need.

If you think the constituency is too big to change to small, change the foreground color to black and then draw. Now it is painted in a red translucent mask. This is also the advantage of the mask, you can modify it at will, more convenient than the Lasso tool painting constituency. Here, we find a point: On the mask, can not be painted in color. (Because this is a selection, not a drawing). With a white painting, it is the transparent part, the part we want. Painted in black, is a translucent red mask, we do not want. If you paint with gray, it's feather. If you paint in crimson, it will automatically turn dark gray. If you paint with light red, it will become light gray. Here, the most important thing is to remember: White is our chosen, black is what we don't want. Don't get it wrong. And in the future of the passage of learning, but also to use. 5, when you feel satisfied, click on the "Quick Mask mode Edit" button on the left "in standard mode edit." The mask becomes a selection. The next thing is good to do, the reverse election, clear.
