1.Photoshop to open the original image, press CTRL +j copy a layer, the copied layer blending mode to "difference", and then fill the background with black.
Create a new layer above the background layer, and the foreground color is set to: #FFE8BF, and then use the brush tool to smear over the exposed area, as shown below.

　　

2. After painting, create hue/saturation adjustment layer, parameter set 60,-15,68.

　　

3. Create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E stamped layer, use the stamp or smudge tool to smear the traces on the face, the effect is as follows.

　　

4. Press CTRL +j to copy the painted layer, layer blending mode to "color filter", Layer opacity to: 60%, the effect is as follows.

　　

5. Merge all layers, and then modify the whole and sharpen it, complete the final effect.
