The following is a detailed introduction to the production method:

Step One: Create a blank document at random size, for visual effects, it is recommended to use white as the background color when new. I built it for 300x300px.

Step Two (important): Above the background layer, create a new transparent layer.

Step Three: Rectangle marquee tool to create any size rectangle.

Step four: 1. Brush tool, set brush size between 5~8px, hardness of 100%.

2. Brush window, adjust the spacing at about 140%.

Step five: Hold down the keyboard Shift key and click the four vertices of the rectangular marquee to get the following graphic.

Step Six: Select-Modify-shrink, with a contraction value of 1.

Step Seven: Click the delete on the keyboard to delete the area in the marquee. All right, the dotted line is drawing.
