PS Picture special effects synthesis Tutorial: Love picture Splash picture synthesis

This article uses a variety of PS production techniques, the first use of filters to create a water effect, and then use the splash of water pictures to map, combined with love pictures to complete the overall effect of the production, and finally the change in Hue conversion. 1, create a new 1024 * 768 pixel document, background fill black.

Create a new layer named "Ribbon 1", use the Pen tool to check out the path shown in Figure 1, and then fill in white after the selection, as shown in Figure 2.

2, after the lock layer execution: Filter > Art effect > Plastic packaging, parameter settings such as Figure 3, the effect is shown in Figure 4. After the confirmation press CTRL + F to strengthen the effect, press about 9 times, the effect is as Figure 5. Filter effect is random, the effect is roughly the same.
