1, the Execution menu: "File"/"New" (shortcut key CTRL + N), new file, set name: heartily greeting card; width: 297 pixels; height: 210 pixels; Resolution: 72 pixels, as shown in Figure 1.

2, execute menu: Layer/new/new layer (shortcut key ctrl+shift+n), new layer and named "Grassland", the foreground color is set to: #3db01d, select Lasso Tool, box out selection, press alt+delete key, fill color, as shown in Figure 2.

3, Executive menu: "Layer"/"new"/"New Layer" (shortcut key Ctrl+shift+n), new layer and named "Sky", the foreground color is set to: #a3e6ff, execute menu: "Filter"/"Render"/"cloud", as shown in Figure 3.
