Step Three:

Copy up to the main body layer, placed between the spotlights and the main layer, hold down the "CTRL" key click on the layer thumbnail, select the main body, click "Select-Modify-shrink", shrink 50 pixels.

Click "Select-Modify-Feather" to also feather 50 pixels.
