Today to work with the triple Small series to make a very simple text, in this tutorial will show you how to create a real stylish light-emitting/flash in photoshop text effects with the Starlight brush on the flash effect.

This is a very easy tutorial and you can make it in 5-10 minutes.

Tutorial Start:

Create a new canvas.

To make the glowing word more luminous, so the background looks the best dark background, let's create a gradient background, use color #0f1c25 and black, and create a radial gradient from which to pull out.

Let's type the text that "I love PS school = i loves PS SCHOOL" to glow. [size=100%] Use a wider, thicker font for good! You may need to download the fonts used: Nevis Bold

Then set the layer style

Select your text layer blending options (right-click "Layers > Blending Options").

Apply the layer effect as shown in the following illustration, and make any modifications as needed.

Shadow

Outer Glow

#Afd3e2

Inner Glow

#93c1d4

Gradient Overlay

#Afd3e2 to White

Finish the font color effect, the final brush with a brush on the Starlight, complete the tutorial.
