Yellow and green are a set of colors that are widely used. The blending process is also not complicated. All you need to do is turn the color of the characters into Orange, and the background and other dark parts will be dark green.

First, PS open the original material, press CTRL + J to copy the background layer, blending mode to "filter Color", the opacity to: 20%, the effect of the following figure. This step simply highlights the picture.
