PS "Cannot create a new document because the scratch disk is full" what to do

Today, while running PS, a colleague encounters the error "Cannot create a new document because the scratch disk is full".

The solution is to change the location of the scratch disk.

1) Ctrl+k Open Preferences

2) Press Ctrl+7 to select Scratch disk. Change the first to a space disk (e.g., d disk) other than the Start and C
