Work Method/step

Open ps and open the photo or material you want to create a border. (File → open or ctrl + o), double-click the background layer to change it to a normal layer (to facilitate the direct deletion of unwanted content later)

Select the "image", "canvas size" command in the menu bar, and adjust the parameter to increase the height at the bottom. (Set parameters based on actual conditions)

Select the "rectangular box selection" tool in the toolbar, select a small part at the bottom of the photo or material, and press the "Ctrl + T" key to enter the zoom control status to fill the entire canvas.

Create an Alphal channel in the channels panel.

Click the gradient tool button in the toolbar to set the gradient mode from black to white. drag the mouse from left to right in the Alphal channel layer to draw the gradient.

Select the "filter"> "filter Library"> "sketch"> "half-tone pattern" command in the menu bar, set the parameter size to 12, and the contrast to 50.

Select the "rectangular box" button in the toolbar, select a part of the area on the right, and fill in black. For example:

Press the Ctrl key and click the created Alphal channel to obtain the channel selection of the outlet, and click the layer panel to return to the RGB layer. Select the "rectangular box selection" button in the toolbar, move the selection area to the appropriate position, and delete the image in the selection area to get the dot border of an edge.

Go to the Alphal channel and press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection. Press Ctrl + A to select all regions and press Ctrl + T to enter the scaling control status. Right-click the image, select horizontal flip from the shortcut menu, and double-click the image to confirm.

Press Ctrl and click the created Alphal channel to obtain the channel selection of the outlet. Click the layers panel to enter the image layer, move the selection area to the appropriate position, delete the image in the selection area, and deselect the selection.
