This tutorial example works as follows. This is just the basic rainbow Beauty pupil effect, at the same time will mention the different beauty pupil effect design method.

Step 1: Select the Ellipse tool

First open the footage in Photoshop, you can see in the layers panel that the original image is set to the background layer, is the only layer of the level board.

Select the Ellipse tool in the tool surface. I'll introduce you later. The elliptical tool is the basic tool of the process of making the most rainbow pupil effect. Typically, the Ellipse tool is hidden in the rectangular tool, right click (Win) or the control-click (MAC) Rectangle tool icon, and then select the Ellipse tool in the fly out menu.

Step 2: Set tool mode to shape

When you select the Ellipse tool, click on the tool Mode button in the Tools Options bar to select the shape, path, and pixel mode in the pop-up menu, where we choose shape mode so that we can draw a vector shape.

Step 3: Set the fill type to gradient

Next, set the fill type for the Ellipse tool. In the Tools Options bar, click the Fill button.

In the Fill Type Setup Panel, you see four buttons, each of which represents a different fill type, with a colorless, solid color, gradient, and pattern from left to right, respectively. At the far right, the fifth button turns on the Photoshop picker, which selects the color for the solid color fill.

For our operation, we need to fill the gradient color for the shape, so click the gradient button.
