To make a tutorial :

1, in Photoshop Open a shading material picture, the effect as shown in Figure 01.

2, select the Text tool in the Toolbox, select the appropriate font and font size in its property bar, enter text, the effect is shown in Figure 02.

3. Ctrl-click the text layer, load its selection into the background layer, hide the visual icon in front of the text layer, and the image effect is shown in Figure 03.

4, the Execution menu bar in the "Filter" "Fuzzy" "Gaussian blur" command, in the pop-up "Gaussian Blur" dialog box set the parameters as shown in Figure 04.

8. Select the bevel and Emboss styles and set the parameters as shown in Figure 09.

9, select the inner glow style, set the parameters as shown in Figure 10, wherein the RGB value of the luminous color is 62, 133, 183 respectively.

5, keep the selection unchanged, the implementation of the menu bar in the "filter" Twist "Twist" command, in the pop-up "Spin Twist" dialog box, set the parameters as shown in Figure 06, click OK, the effect is shown in Figure 07.

6, press Ctrl+j key combination of selection content to copy and paste into a new layer, and then delete the text layer.

7, double click Layer 1, enter the Layer Style dialog box, tick the gloss, set the parameters as shown in Figure 08, where the RGB color is 120, 180, 240.

10, select the inner shadow style, set the parameters as shown in Figure 11, where the color of the inner shadow of the RGB value of 4, 155, 165.

Finally, select the shadow style and set the parameters as shown in Figure 12, where the RGB shades are 4, 72, and 119 respectively.
