Final effect

1, new document 500x500 Pixel, background white, open the lake material, drag into the document, zoom position as follows.

2, select the Sky area and the white part with the magic wand, feather 0.5 pixel.

3, build new Layer 3, set the gradient tool as follows.

4, do a linear gradient, the effect is as follows.

5, with a pen to do similar to the following figure selection, feather 40 pixels.
