Drag the picture of the mouth into the Apple picture and draw the outline of the mouth with a pen.

CTRL + ENTER converts the path to a selection, adds a mask, and ctrl+t the appropriate scaling.

Select the mouth again, but with the upper and lower lip, ctrl+j copy the selection to the new layer, naming the mouth.

Hide layers other than the background and draw a selection with the Oval tool.
