PS Synthetic love romantic artsy shots

Open two Ready pictures

Select Move Tool

Click on the Sunset Beach picture and drag it to the second image below

Drag-and-drop picture effects

Select Add Layer Mask button on the layers panel

Select the Gradient tool

Select gradient

To make a gradient effect on an image from top to bottom

See the effect after the gradient

Shift Ctrl E, merge visible layers, then shift ctrl U, go color

Filters--noise--add noise

Layer--New fill layer--Solid color (select whole stack)

Choose the color you need to create a romantic retro effect

The final effect
