First, I built a document the size of the original, 600x882 pixels, adding a #163362 to #6b1b3d 90-degree linear gradient.

I added a second "gradient" adjustment layer and used a mask to forge the color distribution of the original artwork. In fact, divided into several layers, with the brush to do OK.

Sets the foreground color to #c01632, draws the red portion of the following figure with a rounded soft edge brush, and changes the layer blending mode to soft light.

With the same action, set the foreground color to # c51531, and then draw a red with the rounded soft edge brush to change the blending mode to "lighten."

In our material package, put into the city, the sky and the moon, according to your ideas, resize and position, and add masks, so that the integration of elements, there is nothing to say, the mask is just.

Similarly, the two nebula footage we provide in the material, the same resizing and placement, adding masks, the only difference is that the two nebula layers, the layer blending mode I used "color filter".

Set the foreground color to #fbf60c, or use the rounded soft edge brush, I added some yellow to the top left corner of the picture and changed the layer blending mode to "linear Dodge (Add)", the layer opacity to 44%, here, our background is complete, we suggest that we should arrange the layer reasonably. In this way our operations will be more intuitive and more efficient.

Next, we draw the triangle in the lower right corner, I draw a #010101 color triangle, and adjust the layer opacity to 33%

In the same way, we draw a black rectangle, rotate it, change the opacity of the layer to 13%, add a mask underneath it, and rub it with the brush.

Next, we set the foreground color to #013d6f, draw a rectangle, adjust the opacity of the layer to 56%, and we'll do the strip above the text.

From the original image, we can see that the two sides of this strip are fading, so I added a mask, wiped off the two sides, the original image has a similar effect of light, I have a lazy, directly made an inner glow. This point, do not learn from us.

Next is to add those points, text and logo, there is nothing to say, I just said a little, this densely dotted point, I directly used the text tool, input some periods, directly in bold, they look like a square, because so small, who can not see out. The same point of fade, mask to fix.

Next, we start to add those triangular lines, with the polygon tool to draw a triangle, color does not matter, set the shape's fill color is "none", the stroke is white, size 1 points, the layer opacity set to 30%

Other triangles directly copy the OK, do not show the line mask erase.

Next, we do the radiation, suggest a new file to do, directly draw a thin line, Ctrl+t set the center point of the canvas for the transformation of the center point, rotate 2 degrees, and then the crazy ctrl+alt+shift+t.

Copy this radiation shape layer into our poster document, resize and position, add mask, color white, opacity 20%

Next, we make streamers, and I divide the streamers into three parts to draw, one body, one shadow, one wing. The main body I set up a #ed5a78-#af223f symmetry gradient, shaded #af2340, wings #c22848.

Subject and wings I set an inner shadow, and the parameters are as follows.

On the text, I used here is the p big point of the full spell, color set to #d6a56c, change fill to 45%, add a 1 pixel white stroke, stroke opacity of 71%.

Here, I created a new layer, filled with black, performed "filter-render-Cloud", and changed the layer blending mode to "soft light", the original image without this layer, but I want to make more clouds.

I do not like this color, I added a "color balance."

Finally, I added a "curve" to reinforce the contrast.
