Final effect
First, create a background
1th Step: New file, size: 1260x 850 pixels, copy background layer.
Step 2nd: Double-click the copied background layer to set the layer style.
Add a gradient overlay. Check: Imitation color, blending mode: Soft light, opacity: 85%, Style: Radial, scaling: 150%, tick: reverse.
3rd Step: Click on the Gradient bar, set the starting and ending color. From left to right, the color and position are set to the following values:
Color: #212121位置: 0
Color: #656667位置: 72
Color: #646565位置: 100
4th Step: Set pattern overlay.
With pattern: webtreats_black_leather.jpg (in 02 compressed package)
The background layer of this leather texture is done.
Create text and 3D effect layer
1th Step: Create a new type layer, use the font: Sansserif Exb flf (placed in 01 compressed package), enter all capital letters: great, Size: 300 pixels, Color: #504d4a, horizontal scaling ratio: 90%. Detailed parameter settings are shown in the following figure.
2nd step: Copy the type layer, fill the value set to 0, and then duplicate one layer.
Step 3rd: Copy the original text layer and drag it to the next layer of the original text layer.
Edit > Free transform, shortcut key command+t (or ctrl+t), press the RIGHT ARROW and down arrow each time, make the copy layer Move down 1 pixels to the right and press ENTER to complete.
4th step: Press Option+command+shift+t 9 times (that is, the Windows System Alt+ctrl+shift+t, this shortcut can repeat the last ctrl+t operation, and can accumulate effects), so as to achieve 3D effect.
5th: Select all the text layer below the central text layer, click on the filter > Convert to Smart Filter, rename this smart object to the three-dimensional, and then copy a layer, named: 3D Copy, fill the value set to 0.
Three, set 3D layer effect
1th Step: Double-click the 3D layer to set the layer style.
Bevel and Emboss effect settings as shown in figure, method: Carving clear, size 10 pixels, gloss contour: Concave-Deep, click: anti-aliasing, High light mode: linear light.
2nd Step: Contour setting.
Click: anti-aliasing.
3rd Step: Inner Shadow settings.
Distance: 0 pixels, blocking: 10%, size: 5 pixels.
4th Step: Gradient Overlay settings.
Load a gradient fill: csptrue Sky Blue (in 05 compression pack)
5th Step: Projection settings.
Distance: 20 pixels, size: 20 pixels.
The gradient effect of the 3D layer is complete.
If you like, you can return to this layer when the remainder is complete, and try another gradient effect.
Four, set 3D copy layer effect
1th Step: Double click on the 3D copy layer to set the layer style.
Bevel and Emboss effect settings as shown, methods: Carving Clear, size: 15 pixel, uncheck: Use Global light, angle: 30 degrees, Height: 50 degrees, check: anti-aliasing, high light mode opacity: 0%, Shadow mode opacity: 50%.
2nd Step: Contour setting.
Contour: Conical, click: anti-aliasing.
3rd Step: Inner Shadow settings.
Distance: 0 pixels, blocking: 10%, size: 5 pixels.
4th Step: Gradient Overlay settings.
Blending mode: Overlay, style: symmetrical, angular: 60 degrees, using Faucet30 gradient fill (placed in 05 compressed package, named: Chromes gradient file can find a gradient named Faucet30).
5th Step: Pattern Overlay setting.
Blending mode: Overlay, opacity: 90%, Pattern: metal_2-512px.jpg (placed in 03 compression package), scaling: 75%. This step makes the 3D effect detail more realistic.
