1th Step:

Open Photoshop,ctrl+n Create a new document, the document size can be customized.

2nd Step:

Alt-click the background layer to convert it to a normal layer. Then double-click again, open the Layer style panel, add a color overlay style to it, and the color is #262523.

Continue adding a gradient overlay for it, with the following values:

Use the noise feature in the inner glow to add some noise to the background, but you can also use the Add Noise feature in the filter.

3rd Step:

To create a new layer, click on the white light in the center of the canvas with a large white soft edge brush.

Ctrl+t the width and flatten it, as shown in the following figure.

Adjust the opacity of the layer to 10-30%, which can be adjusted according to your own feeling.

4th Step:

Next we create the icon body. Use the Rounded Rectangle tool to click in the center of the canvas and set the values in the pop-up dialog box as follows:

5th step:

Draw a shape that is larger than its size at the top of the rounded rectangle, as we will later convert it to a clipping mask, so the shape is free to draw.

Adds an angle gradient to the shape you created.

Then hold down the ALT key and click the left mouse button in the middle of the angle gradient and the rounded rectangle to convert it to a clipping mask. Then right click on the layer name to convert it to a smart object.

6th step:

The Mosaic filter (Filter > Pixel > Mosaic) is used for chunking.

7th step:

The layer ctrl+j that executes the mosaic filter is copied one layer, and the same is converted to a clipping mask. Then click on the filter > Styling > Illuminate the edges.

Set its layer blending mode to linear dodge (add), and the layer opacity is set to 30%. At this time each lattice is separated by thin lines.

8th step:

Duplicate the layer ctrl+j that you created in the previous step. Set the layer blending mode to minus, and the layer opacity to 20%.

Select the Move tool and use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move its position down and to the right by 1 pixels. In this way the spacing section of the lattice forms the effect of the groove.
