PS the "stupid way" to copy slices between multiple windows"

The PS switch page may sometimes encounter this situation: the design has been changed, but the slice should be the same as before.
If you can directly use the previously cut slice, you can save a lot of time to re-partition the slice.

However, the designer does not modify the PSD of the last slice, but outputs a new PSD.
Can I copy the sliced part in a PSD to another PSD?
Unfortunately, currently, PS CS6 still does not support copying slices between multiple windows. You can only copy slices within the window (Press and hold ALT and drag the slices to copy the slices in the window ).

Although slices cannot be copied, layers can be copied!
Therefore, you can delete all the layers in the original PSD after slicing, and then copy all the layers in the new PSD to the original PSD.
In fact, it is used for the PSD of slices. Because it does not need to be modified, You can splice the layers before copying them. The operation is faster and the file size is smaller.

A new problem occurred!
Due to the unknown PS bug, sometimes, even if all the layers in the PSD are merged or deleted and saved, the volume is much larger than copying the same layers to a new file and then saving them.
Sometimes I want to archive PSD files containing slices, which is too large to be too bad.
As a result, we can only copy the layer to a new file to save the compressed volume. However, as mentioned above, slices cannot be copied!

Later I thought of a method that could not be done, a "semi-automated" method:
1. Copy the layer of the old PSD to the new PSD. The size of the New and Old PSD files is the same;
2. Switch to the old PSD window, open the "Action" panel, and start recording the action:
2. Double-click a slice to bring up the slice attribute window. You can modify the attributes to be copied at Will (note );
. Re-open the Properties window of the same slice and change the attributes to be copied back;
2.1. Perform steps 2.2 and for each slice in sequence. After all steps are completed, the recording is completed.
3. Switch to the new PSD window and play the recorded action.
At this time, the slices in the new PSD will be the same as those in the old PSD, including the slice layout and the slice attributes that have just been edited.

Note: Why do we need to change the slice attribute first and then change it back?
When recording an action, PS only records the changed values in the dialog box. (Is this also a bug? Or is there a better way I don't know ?)
Therefore, in order for the action to automatically set the attributes of the new slice during playback, you must try to make a "change" effect.

Conclusion:
Compared with manual re-slicing, the advantage of the "semi-automated" method is that the probability of errors may be slightly lower; it does not significantly save much time (unless two or more files need to copy the same slice ).
Just to reduce the size of some files, it seems not worthwhile to do so.
Since this problem occurs, it must be because the original slice PSD did not notice the file volume at the time, and it is directly sliced on it.
If this problem is avoided by copying a layer to a new file during the first slicing, you can directly copy a layer to apply the new PSD.

PS: PS also has a strange bug. Sometimes the size of the JPG file that is directly sliced and output on a PSD is inconsistent with that of the preview output, exceeding the limit by several hundred kb; this problem can also be avoided by copying an image to a new file and then slicing the output.
