1. First run our good helper Photoshop software, and then create a new 600x400 pixel, 72dpi RGB image. As shown in Figure 1.
2. On the one hand, we will do the background first. Performance/noise/add noise, Number set to 100%, distributed to Gaussian distribution, monochrome, click OK button. As shown in Figure 2.
3. Followed by the filter/brush stroke/Angled line, set the direction balance to 50, stroke length set to 15, sharpness to 3, click OK button. As shown in Figure 3.
4. Continue to perform the filter/render/lighting effect, adjust the lighting area to the position shown in the figure, and set the texture channel entry to red, and the rest to the default settings. As shown in Figure 4.
