1, open the material, in order to show you are very professional, but also for better results, photos can be divided into three layers-' sky ', ' car ' and ' grass&tree '.

2, perform "Edit > Copy" and "Edit > Paste" to create a new layer, named ' Sky '.
3, repeat the above steps in ' grass&tree ' and ' car '. Select the ' sky ' layer and use the Magic Wand (W) to select the bottom area, and you'll notice that ' grass&tree ' and ' car ' are also selected.
4, move to the background layer, and go to "Edit > Copy" and "Edit > Paste" to create a new layer. The following figure.
5, the last thing is to remove the car in the Layer1 layer, with the pen tool to draw the car's path, right click to create a selection and feather radius -1px.
6, Ctrl+x cut the car part, and paste to the new layer.
7, give the layer name, such as ' car ' and ' grass&tree '.
8, select ' Sky ' layer, then go to filter > Filter Gallery > Artistic effect > Woodcut. Here we set the parameter to the color order 6, the edge simplification degree of 3 and the Edge Fidelity 2.
9. Select the ' grass&tree ' layer and turn on the wood filter again. Set the color order to 8, the edge simplification degree 3 and the Edge fidelity of 2.
10, select the ' car ' layer, and then to the wood filter. To keep the car realistic, we set the color order to 8, the edge simplification degree 2 and the Edge Fidelity 3 to keep it as original as possible.
