PS Tutorial: The use of filters to change location photos into watercolor effect

1, open the original material, create an optional color adjustment layer, parameter settings such as Figure 1, 2, the effect is as Figure 3.

2. Use Lasso tool to check out the selection shown in Figure 4, press CTRL + ALT + D to feather 30 pixels, then create a color balance adjustment layer, parameter settings such as Figure 5, determine the layer opacity to: 40%, the effect is as Figure 6.

3. Create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E-stamped layer, perform: filter > Art effect > Painting smear, parameter settings as shown in Figure 7.
