Psystar said they did not agree with the court's decision. They have never tolerated software piracy. They do not infringe copyright. They said that this is your software and you should be able to use it anywhere you want. If you have purchased a ready-to-use OS X Snow Leopard operating system, it is your right to use that software. Publishers cannot forbid you to read books in the bedroom or listen to music while riding a bicycle. These things are no different from those in the software field, no matter how much money Apple or others have invested in it.

However, Psystar has no plans to admit defeat. If the court agrees that the Rebel EFI software is not included in the ban, Psystar will continue to sell the Rebel EFI software and extend the technical support of the software to some specific computers, such as Dell 9 Mini and HP Mini.
