Pycharm Configuration Project Installation Sklearn extension

Want to learn about TensorFlow, import online source, found Sklearn has been introduced failure.
Use directly under the command
Pip Install-u numpy
Pip Install-u scipy
Pip Install-u Scikit-learn
The Scikit extension can also be found with the PIP list, which can be introduced directly into the Python command as well as import Sklearn, but the extension cannot be introduced normally in the project.

The introduction method in the project:

Open the preferences in Pycharm, as shown in the following figure.

Click on an extension, enter the window, search for the extension you want to install, and install it directly.
