Pycharm created virtualenv Environment missing pip.exe problem (Windows system)

Windows environment:

1. Python is installed under D:\Python\Python35, the new version of Python is installed by default when the PIP feature is selected

2. Create virtualenv in Pycharm settings, specify the environment directory as D:\pwork\ENV

Problem: The problem of missing Pip.exe file exists in Create virtualenv through pycharm settings, so switch to env environment to execute PIP install ... , the Python package is installed in the d:\Python\Python35\Lib\site-packages, not in the d:\pwork\ENV\Lib\site-packages.

Workaround:

1. Creating an env environment from the cmd command line will not be missing the Pip.exe file.

2. Install PIP in the environment created in Pycharm.
