This problem occurs because the workbook contains macros, ActiveX controls, and so on.
The dialog box appears when Excel is set to automatically delete personal information from the file properties when the file is saved. If you want to avoid this prompt, you can set the following:
Excel 2003: Click menu " tools → options → security " to cancel "remove personal information from file properties on save" under "Personal Information options".
Excel 2007/2010: Click theOffice Button (or File menu) →excel options (or options) → Trust Center ,
Click the "Trust Center Settings" button, select "Personal Information Options",
Under document specific settings, deselect remove personal information from file properties on save.
This option is valid only for the current workbook.
Also, this option is dimmed when you create a new workbook, and is available only if you have checked the document with the Document Inspector and deleted the personal information.
Solution:
Pro-Test--excel2013, after the following deletion of the personal information in Excel after this option is saved, no more pop-up windows.
