Python binding of ftk

Pyftk is the python binding of ftk, the Project address is located in the https://github.com/htbegin/pyftk.

* The version number of the pyftk is the same as that of the ftk. The current version is v0.6.
* Pyftk currently supports Linux and has not been tested for Windows.
* Pyftk is implemented using Python's ctypes module instead of C for extension.
* The structure provided by pyftk is the same as that provided by ftk, not an object-oriented interface.
