Python is an object-oriented, literal translation computer programming language.
In versions earlier than Python 2.7.8, the user data boundary is not correctly checked. An integer overflow vulnerability exists in the 'bufferobject. c' implementation. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to obtain sensitive information or cause denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
