1. Install python2.7, install in default location;

2. Configure Python's Path environment variable C:\Python27;

3. Enter Python in Cmd to see that the Python installation is successful and that you can run Python code directly in CMD;

4. Cannot save code when writing code with command line, we need to save code to write code with Notepad;

5. Before writing Python with Notepad, you need to set the encoding method to Utf-8
