Python's third-party module typically comes with setup.py files, and in a Windows environment, we only need to use the following command at the command line to automate the installation

Python setup.py Install

The error message "Importerror:no module named Setuptools" may appear during installation because Python does not have the Setuptools module installed by default in the Windows environment, which is also a third-party module. Simply download the https://bootstrap.pypa.io/ez_setup.py Automation installation script and run it to automatically identify the Python version for automated installation before running the Python setup.py install can automatically install third-party modules.
