General: Use Python's own PIP library to install, PIP install requests

Special Case: Installation failed

Use the offline method to install the requests library: Download the offline package first

Unzip the offline package to \python\python35\lib\site-packages installation path

in cmd, the path switches to the offline package \python\python35\lib\site-packages\kennethreitz-requests-c398ab0

execute Python setup.py install command, installation successful

To see if the installation is successful, enter Python's own idle, perform the import operation, and the installation succeeds without error.
