var = raw_input () Gets the user input, which converts the obtained value to a string, and therefore sometimes requires a cast of the type.

If-elif-else:

Ternary operator: Condition1 if exp Else condition2

Exp performs condition1 for true, otherwise executes condition2

For

>>>a = [' x ', ' Y ']

>>>for x in a:

>>> print X,len (x)

Range (Start,end,step):

Builds a linked list of step steps with End-start values, excluding the end values in a range

Iterate through the range () & Len () sequence:

>>> a = [' I ', ' have ', ' a ', ' little ', ' lamb ']

>>> for I in range (Len (a)):

>>> print I, A[i]

Variable parameter list: The parameter is wrapped into a tuple.

>>>def Test (Tep,*args):

>>> Print args

>>>test (1,2,3,4,5)

(2,3,4,5)
