Now I assume your Python is installed in the E:\Python27 directory, set the environment variables as follows:

Find path in the system variable, double-click Path, add E:\Python27 at the end
"Pip is not an internal or external command"
General Pip There will be a pip.exe file in the scripts directory that is installed in the Python installation directory.
Add the path of the Pip.exe file to the environment variable as in the same way as above
The path to my Pip.exe file here is E:\Python27\Scripts
