Python standard library: Built-in functions super ([type[, Object-or-type]])

Source: Internet
Author: User

This function is to implement access to the parent class or sibling object, and is to return a proxy class object to access the parent class or sibling class method. This function is used primarily to avoid using the class name of the base class when the class is resumed, and to ensure that the constructor of the base class is called only once when multiple inheritance is used. Note that you cannot mix with the calling base class name.

Example:

#super ()

class A:
    def __init__ (self):
        print (' A.init ')
class B (a):
    def __init__ (self)
        : Super (). __init__ ()

        print (' B.init ')

B = B ()

The resulting output is as follows:

A.init

B.init
