Python uses the altzone () method to process time zones.

The altzone () method is the attribute of the time module. The offset returned for the local DST time zone, in UTC West Second, if one is defined. This is a negative value if the local DST time zone is east of UTC (for example, Western Europe, including UK ). Only this is used. If the daytime is not zero.

The syntax of the altzone () method is as follows:
