Python3 win under Install SciPy

There may be some problems when installing the Python library without using anaconda, such as direct PIP3 install scipy may error, installation failed. The reason is that the scipy installation relies on the MKL library, and the official NumPy does not include MKL, so you need to download the appropriate version of the third-party numpy that contains the MKL library: Ladder

I am a 64-bit, Python3, so the download is checked, according to their own circumstances to download.

After download, open cmd, enter: PIP3 install NUMPY-1.13.1+MKL-CP35-CP35M-WIN_AMD64.WHL can, NumPy installation complete. Similarly choose the scipy version:

After the download is complete, PIP3 install SCIPY-0.19.1-CP35-CP35M-WIN_AMD64.WHL, scipy installation is successful.
