I. Convert PPT into SWF

Application Scenario: if a friend sends some PowerPoint presentations made with PowerPoint and wants to view them, it is too troublesome to install a large PowerPoint; some ppts are most convenient to convert to flash if they are to be published on a webpage for browsing.

Usage: PowerPoint to flash supports batch conversion of pptfiles. After running the software, click the "options" button to set required parameters: in the "quality" label, drag the "frame size" and "Jpeg quality" slide to set the frame size and the quality of each frame of the flash file; in the "navigation panel" Area of the "navigation" tab, select "show navigation panel" to add the browsing control function to the generated flash to control the display of up and down frames. Usage: mp3 to EXE is easy to use. You do not need to install or directly run the software. In the "mp3 songs" column, locate the MP3 file to be converted and click the "Start conversion" button, 2. 3. pdf transformation Doc

Implementation tool: Microsoft Office document imaging in Office 2003

Application Scenario: Currently, many foreign software support information is published in PDF mode. If you do not have adobe reader, you cannot view its content. If you do not have the relevant editing software, you cannot edit the PDF file. We are most familiar with the editing of Microsoft Doc documents. convert it to the doc format. Although some software can also Convert PDF files to doc files, many of them do not support Chinese characters. We use the Microsoft Office document imaging component in Office 2003 to achieve this requirement most conveniently.

Usage:

Step 1: Use Adobe Reader to open the PDF file to be converted, and then select the "File> Print" menu, in the "print" setting window, set "name" in the "Printer" column to "Microsoft Office document image writer ", after confirmation, the PDF file is output as a virtual print file in the MDI format.

Edit prompt: if the "Microsoft Office document image writer" item is not found in the "name" drop-down list, it indicates that you did not install this component when installing Office 2003, use "Add/delete component" on the Office 2003 installation disc to update and install the component, as shown in figure 4.

Step 2: run Microsoft Office document imaging and use it to open the saved MDI file. Select "Tools> send text to word, in the displayed window, select "keep the Image Layout unchanged during output". After confirmation, the system prompts "you must re-run OCR before performing this operation. This may take some time ", regardless of it, just confirm.

Editing tip: currently, the recognition rate of all software including this tool for PDF to Doc is not very perfect, and the original typographical format will be lost after conversion, therefore, after the conversion, you still need to manually edit and proofread it later.
