Qq built-in expression

I recently tracked the progress of lumaqq. NET and found a problem, that is, the self-contained expression of QQ, which was directly transmitted using text messages.
However, because the expressions start with 0x14, this encoding is not a normal text encoding, and even directly put in XML is invalid characters, so you need to filter and convert it into identifiable text.
I will not write the specific conversion method. I use arraylist for conversion. I believe there are some better ideas.
Here we will put the corresponding QQ emoticons. I changed the name of the QQ emoticons file to the same number as the byte next to 0x14, which is convenient for direct calling.
