At around 06:40 on January 26, March 6, Ms. Pan chatted with college students via QQ at home. Different from the past, my classmates borrowed money from her after going online and said they would return the money soon. Ms. Pan informed the other party of the card number and password of China Merchants Bank's credit card.

Since then, Ms. Pan's mobile phone received 15 text messages from the credit card center one after another, and she learned that the other party had swiped the card 15 times through online banking, with each payment of 1137.6 yuan, totaling more than 17 thousand yuan.

Afterwards, "students" are offline. Ms. Pan became suspicious. She called China Merchants Bank customer service to freeze her account and issue an alarm. Ms. Pan said that the customer service staff had promised that there would be no loss to her account.

Ten minutes later, the other party was online again. The student said that he was in his hometown in Liaoning and had not logged on. He told Ms pan that his QQ information showed that the last logon location was Taiyuan, Shanxi province.

According to a query, the staff of China Merchants Bank found that the money stolen from the company had been transferred to the account of easy information technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.. Yesterday, no one answered the phone number of the company.

The bank's credit card center staff said that the center immediately checked the information after receiving a report from Ms. Pan and frozen the stolen account. This person reminds card holders not to disclose their credit card information to others.

Ms. Pan believes that China Merchants Bank is responsible for the money she has stolen. The case is still under investigation.
