The reason is that the use of the commons-collections.jar version is too low caused by the use of 3.
For those using myeclipse, if the commons-collections.jar is imported 3. * The package does not work yet. If other packages are not found, it is likely that the liberary of myeclipse includes a low version package and you have imported this Lib.
For example, myeclipse hibernate LIB contains commons-collections.jar but the version is 2 .*.
Window-> preferences-> myeclipse-> Project capabilities-> hibernate
Delete this package from Lib.

Add commons-collections.jar 3.1
