Questions about adding characters to the middle of a loop

Problems with adding characters to the middle of a loop
I read it from the database.
while ($down =mysql_fetch_array ($downser)) {

$KB _data_glay.= $down [goods_sn]. ' $ '. $down [Goods_name];

}

Data two above the middle need to join ', ' if you write directly

$KB _data_glay.= $down [goods_sn]. ' $ '. $down [Goods_name]. "', '";

So the last one, one more, how to write to avoid?

}
$KB _data_glay = substr ($kb _data_glay, 0,-1);

And

while ($down =mysql_fetch_array ($downser)) {     
  $KB _data_glay[] = $down [GOODS_SN]. ' $ '. $down [Goods_name];
}
$KB _data_glay = Join (', ', $kb _data_glay);

is the same.


